FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Find everything you need to know to plan your Transcend Vermont experience.
If you don’t see your question here, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help.
Is camping and lodging included in the ticket price?
No. Festival passes and accommodations are purchased separately.
We're working with Stratton Mountain to coordinate lodging and camping options for our 2027 festival. Special accommodations, availability, pricing, and booking instructions will be announced once finalized.
Visit our Vermont Plan your Visit page for updates.
Is there a rain date for the event?
Transcend Vermont is a rain-or-shine festival! We embrace the beauty of the mountains in all conditions and encourage attendees to prepare for changing weather.
In the event of severe weather, our team may modify, delay, relocate, or cancel individual activities to prioritize safety.
There is currently no separate rain date scheduled.
Is re-entry allowed?
Yes! As long as you have your wristband on you can come and go as you please.
Is this a kid-friendly event?
Yes and no… What do we mean? Classes can only be attended by children ages 12+ who purchase a ticket or pass for the class. There are no “children’s classes” at the festival as the quality of the teaching is meant for adults. Mature tweens and teens may enjoy much of the content but we leave that to the parents discretion. The Mindful Market is entirely family friendly.
Are dogs allowed?
Well-behaved and leashed pets are allowed onto the grounds. Pet owners are responsible for disposing of their pets' waste and Stratton Mountain does reserve the right to ask owners to remove their pet(s) from the premises if there are any disturbances.
